Convicted Libor rigger Tom Hayes has said he will "fight to clear" his name, after being denied another opportunity to appeal his conviction.

The Criminal Cases Review Commission, an independent body responsible for investigating suspected miscarriages of justice, told Hayes' lawyer Karen Todner on 7 December that it had made a "provisional decision" not to refer the case to the Court of Appeal.
