Cook replaces Ebert at WestLB Panmure

Grahame Cook has taken on the role of global head of investment banking at WestLB Panmure and co-head of the bank, replacing Mark Ebert who has emerged at Lombard Odier & Cie, the privately owned Swiss bank.

After two years as head of the equity capital markets division of WestLB Panmure, Cook has moved up to run the investment banking group. He will also co-head the bank with Peter Weber, who also runs the trading sales and research side of the equities business. Andrew Moffat, who was global head of equity syndicates, takes over Cook's former position.
