Cooley hires two partners

Cooley, the US law firm, has hired two partners. Lyle Roberts, who focuses on defending corporations in class actions, SEC enforcement, derivatives cases and M&A litigation, joins in the Washington DC office. He previously worked at Dewey & LaBoeuf. Andrew Williams has been hired in the San Francisco office, and has a background in representing investments banks and issuers in the technology sectors. He previously worked at Latham & Watkins.
