Copenhagen Stock Exchange has become the latest bourse to consider becoming a listed company following the example of the four European exchanges that have already floated this year.
In its interim report for the first six months of this year the Copenhagen exchange said: "On the basis of structural changes which have characterised international stock trading during the past years, the board of directors will, during the second half of 2001, contemplate the possibilities of a future listing."
