London-based COR Financial Solutions, a banking, trading and asset management software developer, has acquired the products of ABS Group, the bank treasury software and consulting services provider, for an undisclosed sum.

The products, which include the Abraxsys international banking system, ProfitMaster Pro risk management solution and Paragon, a portfolio and collateral management solution, will be incorporated into COR's banking division, COR Intelligent Banking Solutions.
