COR Financial Solutions, the asset management, banking and trading software developer, has acquired Bita Plus Consultants, a risk management systems supplier, in a deal worth £2.3m (€3.6m).

The move was the first in a series of acquisitions COR planned to make in the next few months, following a successful fundraising round, said business development director Chris Brooke. COR is targeting companies involved in internet banking, retail investment products administration and high level asset management software.
