COR Financial Solutions, the banking, securities and asset management software developer, has acquired the assets of London-based One-Ten, the straight-through processing (STP) software developer.

This is the third significant acquisition COR has made since raising £7m (€10m) in private equity in mid-2002 to fund acquisitions and organic growth.
