Jeremy Corbyn, the UK’s Labour opposition leader, singled out a number of high-profile businessmen for personal attack as he launched the party’s election campaign — including Crispin Odey, the hedge fund manager and Conservative Party donor.
Corbyn, who is pitted against prime minister Boris Johnson in an election set for December 12, used his first speech of the campaign to “call out” what he called “representatives of a rigged system”.
