M&A International, the global network of independent corporate finance boutiques, has added two new firms to boost its worldwide coverage.

The admission of Brait, a South African M&A boutique, and MCS The Consulting House, its first Austrian advisory partner, brings the network's total number of firms to 36 across 29 countries.
