Coutts beefs up in Monaco with hire

Coutts, the world's second oldest private bank, has hired a senior private banker for its Monaco business to advise the bank's growing pool of clients, particularly wealthy British ex-pats in the region.

Alistair James joins after seven years at Lloyd's TSB Private Bank, where he was most recently senior business development manager. Previously he was a private banking international financial adviser at Lloyds, and spent seven years previously as a management consultant at Prudential.
