Duncan MacIntyre has quit as global head of Coutts Private Office, which handles its largest client accounts, to become chief executive of Lombard Odier’s private client business in the UK.

MacIntyre's departure, which was announced in a statement from Lombard Odier confirming his hire, follows a string of other departures from Coutts, following the March agreement by its owner Royal Bank of Scotland to sell its international division as well as other rationalisation measures following the exit of its former chief executive Rory Tapner in February this year.
