Seventy-five percent of chief financial officers in the UK expect the Covid-19 pandemic to have significant or severe negative effects on their businesses over the next year, vastly overtaking Brexit in their list of concerns.
Deloitte’s CFO survey for Q3 2020, which was carried out between 22 September and 6 October, comes as tension mounts between the UK and the European Union as a no-deal Brexit approaches and the Covid-19 recession flattens certain sectors across the country.
