Law firm Covington & Burling has named Charlotte Hill as a partner in London. Hill advises financial institutions on regulatory and commercial matters. She has previously worked as director of legal at Threadneedle Group and worked in the enforcement department at the UK Investment Management Regulatory Organisation, a predecessor of the Financial Conduct Authority.
