Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has appointed Kirk Tholen as a managing director and head of its energy acquisition and divestiture group in Houston, a new venture. He previously worked at Albrecht & Associates where he provided transactional activities for clients in merging and selling properties. He has also held engineering roles in the oil and gas sector.
