Crédit Agricole looking to float

Yves Barsalou, chairman of Crédit Agricole, has confirmed that the French mutually owned bank is looking at becoming a publicly traded company.

Crédit Agricole has agreed that the company needs a listed vehicle to fuel further development. A flotation project is expected soon, said Barsalou.
