Crédit Agricole, the French retail bank, which formally launches its agreed offer for rival Crédit Lyonnais Friday, will reveal the management structure of individual divisions of the merged bank in June.
In the offer document the banks anticipate that all aspects of the merger's integration will have been completed by the end of 2004. The two banks received clearance Thursday morning from the Conseil des Marchés Financiers, the French markets regulator.
