Crédit Agricole will wield greater influence over the direction of its asset management joint venture with Société Générale, after revealing that its senior staff will outnumber those of its partner by five-to-one on the new group’s executive committee.
Amundi, the company formed by the merger of Crédit Agricole and Société Générale's asset management arms last year, announced the members of its executive committee in a statement this morning.
