Severin Schwan, who is Roche Holding’s chief executive and also serves as vice chair on Credit Suisse’s board of directors, said he hasn't yet decided if he will remain on Credit Suisse's board, the Zurich-based newspaper Tages-Anzeiger reports.

The executive has been criticised for taking on a double role at the two companies.
