Credit Suisse on Deutsche Bank: Capital raise a question of 'when', not 'if'

The question for Deutsche Bank is no longer whether or not it will raise capital after it reaches a settlement with the US Department of Justice over residential mortgage-backed securities sales, but when and how it does so, according to Credit Suisse.

Analysts at the Swiss bank including European investment banking specialist Jon Peace and head of European bank research Jan Wolter, published a note on the third-quarter outlook for Europe's investment banks on October 23.
