Credit Suisse is facing backlash from employees over a new bonus scheme designed to retain senior talent after a series of crises.

Managing directors and directors at the Swiss bank have railed against the new programme that pays a bigger chunk of annual bonuses in upfront cash, but requires bankers to pay it back if they leave within three years, according to Credit Suisse employees contacted by Financial News.
