Credit Suisse has named a new head of a key UK investment banking division, following the departure of its former chief to BNP Paribas.

Antonia Rowan, a managing director who joined Credit Suisse in January from US investment bank Jefferies, has been named head of UK advisory and corporate broking, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
