Credit Suisse has partnered with India’s second largest asset manager, in a bid to capture emerging market asset flows and re-establish its presence in the region.

The venture with HDFC Asset Management will allow the Swiss giant to market HDFC's Indian investment products to international investors. The two firms also plan to offer new investment products to Indian investors. HDFC has $19.6bn in mutual fund assets.
