Credit Suisse named 150 new managing directors as the Swiss bank has unveiled its annual round of pre-Christmas promotions.
The Swiss bank promoted 177 people to its upper ranks last year across all divisions. The latest round of managing directors is the first under new chief executive Thomas Gottstein, who took over from Tidjane Thiam in February. The list was unveiled to staff today and seen by Financial News.
