Credit Suisse has hired a Jefferies banker as a senior managing director in the UK advisory and corporate broking division it formed last year.

Antonia Rowan will join the Swiss bank at the start of 2018, according to a memo sent to staff today that was seen by Financial News. She will report to Donald, Charles Donald, head of the division.
