Credit Suisse is rolling out another bonus programme for senior bankers that offers cash upfront in a bid to retain key dealmakers.

For the second year running, the Swiss bank is inviting managing directors and directors within its investment bank to sign up to a bonus programme that offers them a greater proportion of this year’s compensation in cash, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
