Credit Suisse’s Severin Schwan won’t stand for re-election as vice chair

Credit Suisse said that Richard Meddings will take over as chair of the risk committee, succeeding Axel Lehmann

Credit Suisse Group said on 21 March that its vice chair Severin Schwan won't stand for re-election at the company's coming shareholder meeting.

Schwan, who is also chief executive of pharma company Roche Holding, has been vice chair and lead independent director of Credit Suisse since 2017.
