Cresta, the London-based professional services company, has strengthened its fixed income human resources search capability with the appointment of Sandrine Rossi Fornelli as senior consultant within the company's banking team.

Fornelli joins the company from Cantor Fitzgerald International, the brokerage, where she was an interest rate swaps broker covering the Italian market on euro, dollar and sterling denominated products.
