Cruickshank joins FormScape ahead of IPO

Don Cruickshank, the former chairman of the London Stock Exchange, has boosted his growing portfolio of directorships by joining FormScape, a venture-backed documentation software company, as chairman and non-executive director.

Cruickshank stepped down as chairman of the LSE in July 2003 after roughly three years in the role. He continues to serve as chairman of both SMG, the listed Scottish media group, and Taylor & Francis, the UK academic publisher.
