Crypto exchange Kraken has appointed Bivu Das, formerly of Starling Bank and Deloitte, as its new UK managing director to oversee regulatory, commercial and political relationships.

Das will succeed Blair Halliday, who joined the crypto firm in October 2022 from Gemini, Kraken said in a 27 October announcement.
