The boss of London-based crypto hedge fund Nickel Digital Asset Management has likened non-compete agreements in the sector to slavery and backed a potential ban on the legal lock-ups.

“Non-competes are anti-human inventions,” Anatoly Crachilov told Financial News. “The agreements were inventions of people who wanted to introduce slavery.”
