In May 2022, the crypto ecosystem suffered a meltdown of epic proportions. It cost millions of consumers their hard-earned cash, and culminated in one of the biggest corporate scandals of all time: FTX.

Now the storm clouds appear to be clearing, with bitcoin recently topping the key $30,000 benchmark and regulators in the UK and Europe taking steps to help the sector mature.

For this Barron’s Live interview, Financial News is joined by Tim Grant, head of Emea at Galaxy Digital, and Ari Redbord, head of legal and government affairs at TRM Labs, to discuss what comes next, as we approach the one year anniversary of the crypto winter.
