CSFB and IMI complete €2.72bn ENI accelerated bookbuild

Credit Suisse First Boston and Banca IMI completed one of the largest ever accelerated book buildings on Thursday as the Italian government sold 400 million ENI shares to raise €2.72bn ($2.5bn).

CSFB and IMI were joint global co-ordinators of the offer for the Italian oil and gas conglomerate with ABN Amro Rothschild acting as financial adviser to the Italian Treasury.
