Credit Suisse First Boston has bumped up its interest rate derivatives trading team in London and New York, by poaching three traders from JP Morgan and one from Credit Agricole Indosuez.

CSFB said that the four hires are all to new positions, part of the bank's bid to grow its rates trading business.
