Credit Suisse First Boston has appointed Todd Groome as managing director and head of the financial institutions group in European debt capital markets.

Groome will join CSFB from Deutsche Bank, where he was most recently head of the financial institutions group in debt capital markets. He will be based in London and report to John Romanelli, head of European debt capital markets at CSFB.
