Marshall Nicholson, former head of group equity-linked products at JP Morgan, has joined Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) as head of equity capital markets (ECM) for non-Japan Asia.

In February JP Morgan hired Jeff Zajkowski from Merrill Lynch to replace Nicholson, who had also worked in equity capital markets at Merrill before joining JP Morgan. Zajkowski been at Merrill for less than a year as he only joined the bank in 2001 as a managing director and senior member of the equity-linked team.
