Credit Suisse First Boston has hired two traders from Baltimore-based Constellation Energy, a utility holding company, as part of its plan to break into commodity trading next year.

Glen Swindle, was Constellation's head of quantitative research and Brian Harrison, a trader. Both will join the New York office.
