Citigroup has replaced Credit Suisse First Boston as joint broker to P&O, the UK ferry company. It is the Swiss-US bank's third broking loss in a month.

A P&O spokeswoman said the change in broker was part of a routine review of the company's arrangements. P&O, with a market capitalisation of £2.1bn (€3bn) is in the FTSE 250.
