Stephen Roti is leaving JP Morgan to join Credit Suisse First Boston's equity-linked origination group in a newly-created position as head of US corporate equity derivatives marketing in New York.

Roti joins as a managing director after five years with JP Morgan, where he was a vice-president heading corporate equity derivatives marketing. Prior to that he was at Crédit Agricole Lazard Financial Products, a derivatives joint venture between Lazard and Crédit Agricole focusing on structured equity derivatives in the US and Latin America.
