One of Britain’s wealthiest private equity bosses is planning to relocate to Italy amid a tax crackdown in the UK.

Rolly van Rappard, the billionaire co-founder of buyout giant CVC Capital Partners, is weighing up a move from London to Milan, according to people familiar with the matter.
