CVC Credit Partners’ listed vehicle European Opportunities has appointed Mark Tucker as senior independent director.

Tucker, who joined the investment firm in March 2013 as a non-executive director, has previously served as president and chief executive of broker dealer firm Arborhedge. Prior to that, he held a variety of retail and private banking roles in Jersey with both HSBC and Cater Allen Bank.
