Paul Dackombe, a former Citibank securities lending veteran, has returned to the securities financing industry as a director of Reech Capital.

At Reech Capital, a derivatives and securities financing consultant and service provider, Dackombe will be a director, responsible for new product development and marketing of the equity finance product range.
