Daiwa Securities SMBC Europe is re-engineering it reference data management environment in Europe by centralising all of its data on to a multi-lingual, multi-currency platform in order to improve operational efficiencies.

The London-based subsidiary of the Japanese investment bank has chosen the StreetReference data management product from Financial Technologies International, the financial software vendor, as the foundation for the re-engineering project.
