A former M&A telecoms specialist at Citigroup is setting up a boutique specialising in the same arena, Financial News has learnt.

Daniel Lee, a managing director in the technology, media and telecommunications team at Citi, who left the bank in mid-March, has registered Intrepid Partners Limited at Companies House. Lee had worked with Citi since 2005.
