Former FN Rising Star Danielle Ballardie has been promoted to head of cash markets at IntercontinentalExchange-owned Euronext, as part of a senior management reshuffle at the exchange operator.

The latest appointments come ahead of the planned listing of Euronext - the operator of domestic stock markets in Belgium, France, Holland and Portugal - by ICE, which completed an $11 billion takeover of parent company NYSE Euronext last November.
