Danish law change allows increased Nasdaq investments

The Danish financial services regulator, Finanstilsynet, has relaxed the rules for private pension investments on Nasdaq, the US growth market.

The cap of 20% has been lifted and now individual investors can invest all their pension assets into more high-risk asset classes, said Erik Johansen, deputy director general of the Copenhagen-based regulator.
