ATP, Denmark's state pension fund and one of Europe's largest investors, is embarking on a push to pressure companies on their climate change policies and tax evasion — in line with its global peers.
The pension fund, which manages Dkr769bn (€103bn) is to publish the carbon footprint of its equity portfolio, and ask companies to sign up to the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures, ATP's chief executive Christian Hyldahl said today. The task force was launched by Mark Carney and Mike Bloomberg in 2015.
