Danish venture capital house files for bankruptcy

2M Invest, the Danish technology venture capital firm, has finally filed for bankruptcy after failed talks with the firm's creditors, as it does not have enough money to carry out its restructuring plans.

The firm is typical of the technology incubators that rushed into the market during the technology boom. Its business model was reliant on cash from sales which dried up due to depressed stock markets and the economic downturn.
