Reuters has hired Tim Rice as a development manager in its Datascope business, the back office data operation of the news and information agency and one of its fastest growing businesses last year with revenues up 50%.

Rice will focus on third party alliances with software vendors, redistributors and fund administrators in North America. He joins from Moneyline Telerate, the bond data provider, where he was vice president of fixed income.
