The Financial Conduct Authority spent nearly £70,000 on a savings awareness event that featured England and Arsenal great David Seaman.

The legendary goalkeeper appeared on a makeshift football pitch outside Kings Cross station in March. The challenge was to save as many penalties as possible from the public in five minutes, while a saver switched their account on the sidelines, to highlight the importance of making the most of your savings.
