Dawid Konotey-Ahulu, co-founder of investment consultancy Redington and a diversity campaigner, has said the asset management industry should work to secure equality in the sector within the next decade.

Konotey-Ahulu was given the Outstanding Contribution Award at FN's Excellence in Institutional Fund Management Awards last night in recognition of his work throughout his career.
